I think the point was to compile an all-in-one thread, so friend codes for every game could remain in the sticky.Roofus wrote:Why'd you delete the topic I made just to make a new one?
Good luck with that, BTW. I started the MarioKart thread the day of the game's release, and I was able to maintain it dutifully for...about two months. Then I got busy, and lazy, and I don't think all the posts ended up making it onto the final list. And that was just one game; you've got all of 'em
(...except Tony Hawk, but I don't know that anyone actually plays that...)

I have yet to get Metroid working online. All my other Wifi games work great, but this one won't connect to anyone. When I'm searching for players, whether local region or worldwide, once it shows one or two of the searching boxes green like it found someone, it stays like that for about 10 seconds and then the greenness dissapears and goes back to not having any players. Sometimes when it finds some people, it gives me an error code and disconnects me from wifi entirely. I'm not sure what's wrong.

I finally connected earlier, and wish I hadn't. Man, that sucked. It was a 3 player battle, one guy d/ced early so it was 1v1, and the guy had this routine of going in a circle around the stage collecting health powerups as they respawned, while morphing into the little worm thing between powerups and bombing me. And this guy had the same rank as me, wtf?

Yeah, I'm really choosey about FPS in general, and I'm even less into them in multiplayer. I bought the game primarily for the adventure mode; deathmatch games drive me nuts.Kenichi wrote:I finally connected earlier, and wish I hadn't. Man, that sucked. In fact, there are less than ten FPS games I've ever bothered to play through:
Wolfenstein 3D
Hexen
Duke Nukem 3D
Goldeneye
Half-Life
Timesplitters: Future Perfect
...and the Metroid Prime games.
