There are many emulators for the PC with netplay, what you need is an emu with Kalleria built in (this is the netplay part). Examples of this are:
SNES - SNES9X - http://www.snes9x.com
Genesis - Gens - http://www.emuforce.com/gens
Arcade - Kawaks - http://kawaks.retrogames.com
- MAME - http://www.vg-network.com/emulist.phtml?emuarchive=mame
- Impact - http://www.impactemu.com/
there are more of course but these should get you started nicely.
Duty is weightier than a mountain while death is as light as a feather.

For those who get really bored, try to figure out where the line above comes from. Put answers in here http://www.dcemulation.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=6188

Download zsnes then use this to get online to play other people, not just peer to peer games. So you don't have to find out the Ip of the friend you're playing and vice versa.
