That reminded me of this:

Revival Studios: Dreamcast - Radium

And the DRG 3D Engine by Rand Linden.
I can't think of many 3D GBA games that were commercially released, though outside of some 2.5D/Isometric stuff.

Most I can think of were cancelled
Super Monkey Ball Jr.

Crazy Taxi

Iridion (though that's kind of a cheat)

Asterix & Obelix

Driver 2

Max Payne (game was isometric, but characters were realtime polygon models)

The V-Rally series

and I'm sure there are some more that I'm missing)

...there were also several Mode 7-style racers and several raycasting FPSs, if you want to count those.

I mean, these are pretty good for something that doesn't have any dedicated 3D hardware:

As this is an emulation site it's worth noting that there's color restoration patches for all these games. Get yourself a backlit GBA and a flash cart and you're away.
I had no idea these existed. I'm sad now that I just played through Final Fantasy VI Advanced on the original cart when I could have played it with restored colors.

EDIT: Just found a palette and sound restore patch for Yoshi's Island. I'm so excited right now, I can't believe I didn't know about these sooner!

from the Makers of Sonic Colors and Sonic Generations? - but what about the redesign to make it more appealing to Western audiences :(

I hope they aren't abandoning the Soleannaian lore they established in 06. I've been waiting for an update on the Silver and Shadow storylines for 10 years now.

If they let Taxman re-release Sonic 06, I'd buy it.

Storyline aside, the game had potential.

So, did anyone get Sonic Mania? I love it. It's like if they released a true Sonic 4 in 1997. Feels very true to its roots.
