On the IRC server oz.innergamer.net (Channel #qc), where a person named Ender hangs out can port Quake to Dreamcast again easily. He's compiled a PSX version of Quake 1 (no sound, lack of PSX ram) and he even partially knows the guy who ported Quake 1 to Dreamcast.
If Ender gets a Dreamcast he'll port Quake to Dreamcast!! :D
The problem is that he's fresh out of cash, perhaps we could donate
a Dreamcast to him? I'm sure he'd benefit the community greatly.
Oh and I suck at writing stuff like this. :P

Wow... (Akuma from #qc?)
Somewhat great news guys... I'm sure it wouldnt be too hard. A re port would deffenatly be a good thing.
As far as them not having a dreamcast... they've dropped in price. Used ones are extra cheap now too. (I know sometimes money can be so tight even $20 would be too much) They would also need eather a broadband adaptor (~$150 off e-bay) or a coders cable ($25 from lik-sang.com) unless they feel like spending cdrs for each new test compiled. If their adventurous they could actually make their own coders cable for around $10
If someone does want to donate one or both of them a DC that would be cool. I deffentaly cant afford to.
Havent met Ender... Heard good things about him though. Have talked to LordHavoc a bit though... From what I can tell LordHavoc is a good guy who knows it stuff. He's dont some nice work on Darkplaces... thats for sure.
