I use photos in JGR and I'm supprised how clear they look in the game. SEGA did a good job with this feature.

Well if you have a sound test option in your game you can make your own if you have a headphone out on your tv or stereo equipment. Just plug that into you microphone in on your pc, convert it to (whatever the audio format for CDs is) and burn it on a CD.

My way is kind of the cheap and legal way.
