I have a celeron with integrated video, i set it to 1mb too. I dont really care because my satellite tuner has a tv out, though. Its not exactly a limit you can bypass. You can trick the 9500 into thinking its a 9700, and get a large performance boost. Check online about it, thats why ATI discontinued it, and introduced the 9600 (which couldnt be modded to be a 9700).
