Thats what i thought but the cathodes at maplin are 30cm long!! so it'll just fit diagonally, i did read a ad for a company who make customzed pc badges (like the intel ones) i could get a sega one made. I've looked through my scrap pile and I found:Tons of computer power supply connectors inc cable, a complete Genesis/Mega Drive case!

I've looked inside and I now know how it works: 1.There are 5 disk spaces on the tray (duh) 2.The CD drive is on a platform and it lifts up the cd when playing and a funny little plastic thing rests on the spinning cd to keep it straight 3.There are two sensors (like on a TV remote) above front two ...

The changer itself is a big tray and it revolves depending on which disk is selected then the chosen disk drops down on to the drive, but i'll have to check the drive to see if its like the GDROMs spindle!If I do it i'll probably replace the DC's ribbon cable with a really long one and find somewher...

4 Disks at once????
I've got an old multi cd changer and I thought if I replaced the audio drive with the DC's GD rom drive ripped out all the useless cd player boards, lined it up perfect and extented the ribbon cable to the DC so I could have a multichanger DC!!!!
Would this work??
