I don't know if GCC could work that way. If Freebasic first translates to C-code which GCC compiles after that, it might be possible to get GGC to compile it for DC. I don't really know this stuff, Im just guessing. But if Freebasic could compile DC binaries, it would be a good opportunity, since it...

Rocket Racer Source
Does anyone know if the Rocket Racer (http://www.dchomebrew.org/rocket.shtml) sourcecode is available somewhere? The game really has potential and it would be nice to look at it and perhaps try and improve it. Sigh, I really wish that game had been continued. But perhaps we can form a team and impro...

when I say rolling demo I meant those practice sequence you get from VF/SC if left for few minutes. Mine features the Monk going through the sequence and it looks fantastic... could be rendered movie but seeing Soul Calibur pulled it off nicely it could be the in game footage rolled into the demo.....

I checked it, and found this : The VF History Disc has development demos and demo fights from all 4 VF games, and IIRC (haven't popped it in lately), some from stuff llke Virtua Racing too. There is some overlap with the VF3 movie, but there is a lot more covered, although it's not as exhaustive as ...

Relics? Sounds like the new Prince of Persia-games. If I remember right, you had to find certain items to be able to perfeorm certain moves. But I like the idea! More adventure-elements sounds good. I especially like the village/upgrades/npcs-ideas. Makes it feel like the classic side scrolling adve...

Here is an updated version. It should run fast enough now, since I scaled down the graphics. http://www.freewebtown.com/Imerion/IstappDC.zip
I also removed all attempts at saving. For now, it keeps the highscore until the games is exited.

Sauerbraten is a continuation of Cube (http://www.cubeengine.com/). Cube is quite complete and would prabably be portable, if there were only a good way to use opengl for DC... The current options are quite hard to implement when it comes to porting if I remember right.

As far as I know, the psp simply has two of it's main processors. One as a main processor and the other as a 'graphics' processor in a master-slave configuration. It has a processor dedicated to graphics, but the processor is NOT a graphics processor. Perhaps your thinking about the GP2X. It has a ...

I just remembered the DC version had no readme, so forget I mentioned that. :) I can see the lifecount and score on my tv, but part of it is hidden.. Perhaps I should use another resolution than 640x480? As for the score, I don't really know how to make it save. If someone wants to look at the sourc...
