I can confirm this working. I could rip the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 from a demo GD once but I've stoped testing ripping after my cdrom drive broke.
The whole process costs a lot of time and not many drives work with this method though.

To compile the Q3DC source you still would have to use the official licensed DCDevkit/(afaik) and you wouldn't be allowed to distribute you Binaries without SEGA's ermission/license.

Cool to hear that it worked for you! As for the missing DLL, it might be that you have a corrupted setup file or you have a virus that corrupts the setup.exe. I'd recommend you trying to redownload the archive or to use an antivirus software. I could upload the installed files of wc16 if you wish. I...

I have pack explorer, but no quake101.wad (should I have this?) so every time I create a map it can't locate the default textures (which would be very useful, considering I'm new to this). I've been told I need to extract them from the .pak files using the explorer, but there is only one wad availa...

C++ - Writing to an offset?

Hi! I'm working on a simple level editor for the old dos game Stunts. I already calculated the algorithsm how to claculate, to which offset in the level file you have to write to place the object. (You tell the program the X and Y coordinates and it calculates the offset.) Now what I'd like to know ...

The Ascension of Vigil by Tyne which is a Quake Mod and one of the finest you will ever see. The use of the Quake engine for this Beat Em Up with great graphics and many months of work show and is deservedly the winner.
Great! Congrats! :D :D )()(
