Re: In The Line Of Fire - Kickstarter Launched!

Well, it wasn't funded. Despite being one of the most vocal supporters for this project last year, I didn't pledge because there were a number of things in this Kickstarter campaign itself that I don't agree with. PH3NOM's work is still great and have lots of potential. I still hope to see the relea...

Re: Burning Maqaku Quake

Are you scrambling the binary file, and renaming it to 1ST_READ.BIN?
Selfboot binaries are scrambled, non-selfboot binaries are not.

Re: Is there any interest in an updated Quake engine?

My mother died on November 16 and I'm currently very busy with family stuff. My family was very small already, and now my sister doesn't have anyone else in the world but me to help her.

Retroquad development is currently paused, and I've got no time to work on the DC version of Makaqu either.

DCEmu Baby Maker Intercourse List

I just started being a Baby Maker, and I thought it might be good to have a place to share intercourses.

I don't have a very manly tool developed yet (size is age/usage based), so my first foursome was pretty simple... but I think the girls offered a pretty decent challenge without being too unfair.

Just PM Darc and host it here. Darc was already contacted. Quote from Wed Mar 02, 2016 3:23 am: 3 years later, I'm still around. I just replied to darc so hopefully I'll hear back. I haven't touched TAoV in a long time, but there were changes made not too long ago I'd like to share =) Darc also con...

Re: In The Line Of Fire - Coming Soon!

(I suggest splitting all of the graphical quality discussion into a "How should homebrew 3D games for the DC look?" thread) Basically I was like it doesn't look like Soul Calibur or any other major 3D fighting game on the Dreamcast. That was the idea. I didn't even find it to be as good as the Stree...

Re: In The Line Of Fire - Coming Soon!

Virtua Cop 2 is a game from the Saturn era; it's one of the best-looking Saturn games. Had it been originally developed for the Dreamcast, of course it could have used higher res textures and higher poly models, while retaining the same visual style. In The Line Of Fire has already covered those asp...

Re: In The Line Of Fire - Coming Soon!

It's important to get the gameplay right first, because adding art on top of a map that is simply not fun will not make it better. [...] You mentioned character animation, but I feel the animation of the environment is even more important. You're contradicting yourself. Character animation is intri...

Re: Nintendo Switch

I had great fun playing Metroid Prime standing up in front of my TV. Doing arm movements to turn and look around felt great. It's really the most fun way to play first person games, despite being not the most accurate. It's sad to see such a thing go away. However, in most Wii games, which were not ...

Re: Nintendo Switch

Nintendo said the Wii U wasn't going to be discontinued yet, but afterwards it seems they confirmed that it's indeed going to be discontinued. They also said the Switch won't replace the 3DS. Only time will tell. For new games, the only disadvantages the Switch seems to have over the 3DS are the lac...

I'm not really committed to this conversation on why Americans should stop killing each other to be honest. My heart's not really in it. Sorry everyone. I wish I had the ability to bow out of this too. The arguments on here are ludicrous, but I'm stuck listening to this insanity all the time. DMF a...

Re: America Made Great Again

One of the biggest differences between the USA and European countries is that European countries are significantly smaller. The more people a country has, the bigger the "distance" between the top and bottom levels of its society. It's hard to be heard when there's hundreds of millions of people com...

Re: Sonic Utopia, a free-roaming 3D sonic experiment

I have always stated the Sonic speed platforming experience is better suited for 3D. Running left to right just doesn't have the same sense of speed 3D offers.
The vast majority of classic Sonic gameplay is about momentum, not speed.
