Well good luck, the problem is that XP is much more NT (2k) than 9X and essentially emulates features to run 9X software. People who upgraded to 95 from 3.11 way back when will remember simular conflicts on their systems.

For nero you should to upgrade to v5.5 on top of WINXP suport, it offers DVD recording and MP3PRO. Depending on your anti-virus, theres probably a patch or upgrade on their site for XP aswell.

Yea I just noticed that, though I'm really questioning it's ability to emulate other systems. Personally if it can emulate a GBC, GG, Lynx, Turbo Express, etc...it'd be worth while. I've been folowing the system for a while and I'm glad it actually came out.

GP32

I saw over at Liksang that the GP32 is out. Besides looking like a slick remodelded game gear, this thing plays MP3, runs SMC cards, and has the potential to emulate all handheld systems. What are your opinions?

You can run Windows 2000 and XP professional on a mac, and you can also run linux. There are windows emulators like the afore mentioned Virtual PC but aren't worth while. You may as well buy a PC. And I'm afraid macs are significantly overpriced and for the same price you can get a very powerful PC....

Xploder and Code Breaker are the same with different names and different preloaded codes. Pelican bought the rights to distribute Xploder in North America, and the CB save file are even called XploderDC Cheats. As for where you can buy them, like I said gamestop is your best bet but keep in mind the...

You cannot use Xploder codes on a gameshark, although there have been reports of flukes. I got my CB at a gamestop, they usually don't have them on display for some reason so you'll have to ask. But it's no worry because I'm sure you'll get more than one PM as to where you can DL it.

Here are the reasons I gathered as to why we probably won't see a port from past disscussions: -The source code was released however AOL took it back when yahoo and microsoft began using it in their messaging systems. -We don't know how to use the modem so it'd be a BBA only type thing. -We'd probab...

Well I bought a DC on launch day, but I also owned a PSX. I did get a game gear though, that wasn't very bright. I have a N64 but only because a friend gave it to me, and I never play it. I also owned a Lynx and a SNES at some point in my life. Personally I think that anyone that knows anything abou...

Well first off never post the same topic in more than one forum. I'm not a mod so all I can do is inform you but when a mod sees this they will delete one and warn you...unless you've done this before. In either case here's how you check, if you unscrew the 4 screws on the bottom and remove the top ...

They're two different games, World of Warcraft is a game simular to Giants meets PSO in which you play one character online and run around clobering things in full 3D world as characters withing the warcraft series. Warcraft III:RoC will be a RTS (Warcraft II/Starcraft) with some RPG elements such a...

Actually both technologies are too different, and are not backward compatible with regular CD-ROMs or DVD-ROMs, which is why their future is so iffy...accept in an industry like radio station that don't want everyone to be able to run their discs. From what I've read neither have a RW version but th...
