autorun was used to login the first time

Trying to connect with PC for the first time. Created an access key and serial on sylvarant, successful login box appeared and was able to create a character. When I try to load lobby an error message comes up to "check isp settings" any suggestions?

When I first connected to sylverant servers I was using a dreamcast that was new to me (I bought used) because my original one I played PSO on back in the day was long gone. I should be able to setup the BBA with the website option of the game but when I click it says no ISP information found on dreamcast and won't let me enter. Looking to get online with my dreamcast. I understand I need to set up my bba before it will work. Tried to download XDP to do this but my computer will only burn as slow as 10x and dreamcast reads around 4x? Any suggestions? I am using a CD-R 700mb disc.
