I've been having a difficult time joining games since I am a beginner (to Sylverant, not PSO) and most games are higher difficulties. If ANYONE would like to get together and play some PSO v1 or v2 on a weekend or weeknight.

I'm not a psychopath, just looking to get some games going

Someone at schtack said perhaps an ISP ban in my area is causing me to be banned. I have fios. They said perhaps someone on fios messed around some time ago and the admin did some type of blanket ban.
