Heh, I always use the WayBack Machine to go back to the websites I used to visit from the early 2000s when my world was dial up and the first version of Flash Player. Looking at the 2001 iteration of eBaum's World brings back memories.

Unless you're able to develop your own means of algorithmic loading, there is no legitimate, or technically possible way, to run Space Harrier on Shenmue on a Dreamcast emulator.
