Basically, I am looking for the same kind of art style (iso metric 2D or with 3D fighters) and a good story. I already am going to try out disgaea, but I really wanna play som...

Re: CPU advice for socket 939
Lower cost mainly. Also, getting a newer board would offer very little benefit in this case, there really isn't any need to go for anything newer. If the idea is to overclock his present CPU, add up to 3 gig of RAM whilst adding a second GF7 card and overclock everything available via the board, the...
Re: zune
You could try and take the piss out of it thereby reviving both zune and the warranty.

Re: CPU advice for socket 939
Get a decent overclockable 939 SLI board for now, maybe add some more Ram. In the future look to twin up your GF card, then get a Dual Core Athlon a while later. Should keep you going performance wise for a few years. An added advantage would be the low cost of the GPU and CPU down the line.

I see what you mean. Tastefully remade. Hopefully it plays as well as it looks.sixteen-bit wrote:Yeah but this is a complete remake with better controls and graphics. It's called GrimGrimoire.

Re: Different connection setups for the DC
Check if your set is compatible with a simple VGA to Component cable before you buy. Important as you could have problems with the sync otherwise. Also, If you get a VGA box, you won't need a DC S-Video connector as the VGA boxes have S-Video out. Just a normal S-Vid to S-Vid cable will be required....

OT but thought you may like to know. The same team have a game coming out for the DS. Same nice graphics, though more RTS than RPG. I doubt it will get a US release.

Boneycork & melancholy, thankyou for the info on Tomb Raider:Anniversary. I've been reading a review of the PSP version which says it is a decent game.
