Re: Thrustmaster Wheel playing up...

You could open it up and try cleaning in and around the dpad, there might be something stuck in there making it press right.

Re: Finished BioShock... [No Spoilers]

Blue Dragon's awesome, the demo doesn't do it justice.
I haven't got Bioshock and I don't plan on getting it any time soon. I played the demo and I didn't get what was so amazing. I guess I need to play it sometime though.

His latest video is a review of Tomb Raider: Anniversary, there's also Psychonauts, Bioshock, and impressions of the Heavenly Sword demo.

Re: from rags to riches?

I just usually read tutorials for stuff on the internet, but I understand how most of this stuff works. I myself don't know anyone who's really into console modding, or even the Dreamcast. I've only been modding for like a year, and I'm only 15. Once I started messing with my Dreamcast, I couldn't h...

I played Rez briefly on PS2 and loved it. I'll definitely be buying this (and Sonic 2)

Re: from rags to riches?

The first mod (if you can call it that) was painting my Guitar hero controller. After that, I painted my Dreamcast, then started adding LEDs and stuff. Since then I've painted my PS2, Wii and Gamecube and I've put windows in my PS2 and Gamecube. The hardest mod I've done is probably my the PS2 windo...

Re: ahhhh. a freshman to modding

You could try adding a LED to the fan, so it shines out the side. The power source is easy to solder, but keeping the LED in place is tricky.
This is the guide I used and it was very easy. http://devcast.dcemulation.org/mods/fan/

Re: Green Dreamcast mods :)

Hey, haven't been on this forum in ages, nice to see people like my DC. Yeah I painted that bit white, I also painted the bit of plastic on the controller (the one you view the VMU screen through) white. I used "Plasticote Gloss Super" from B&Q if I remember correctly, and I used a cle...

To be perfectly honest, the PS2 isn't great, There's marks on it from where the Dreamcast sits and the colour is a bit deep. I'm getting a 19" HDTV at the end of february :)

Just follow this guide, I recommend 3mm super bright LEDs from maplins
