Looking for a sync program

Looking for a file sync program that you can set it to start the sync at say like midnight so that you don't have to manually do it yourself during the day when there are a lot of people working. (as to not slow things down)

Thank you guys for your input but I found a way around it via regedit and a few Windows NT files that needed to be trashed, Microsoft is never unbeatable :evil:

but any way I know about win RARs little feaure but that isn't what we need basically we need something that will divide a folder into multiple folders by a file size we specify

I doubt if you take it to court they will win because it is there error in the first place and the court will probably basically laugh at them on the other hand you could an asshole jury saying that you have to pay it back but I'd take it to court...

i read some of the A+ book and it seems pretty easy as long as you know a lot about computer hardware its simple
