As far as 2d tools, you could use MS Paint or GIMP to create sprites. How does one go about using a professional or advanced graphic library on Dreamcast? Do they have to rewrite the code (if it is open-source) to run on dreamcast? trouble playing snk vs capcom
I was able to convert the files correctly to aes but when I go to select the game on the emulator. It shows a black screen with neo geo on the top and it seems to freeze. I wonder if there's something I did wrong please help!

First make sure that you have your roms zipped with the .zip extension and nothing else.
