As far as 2d tools, you could use MS Paint or GIMP to create sprites. trouble playing snk vs capcom

I was able to convert the files correctly to aes but when I go to select the game on the emulator. It shows a black screen with neo geo on the top and it seems to freeze. I wonder if there's something I did wrong please help!

I can understand what you are saying regarding the neo geo system being long gone. However, take into the fact that capcom vs. snk is on the cd system and it still is relatively new (circa-2001). This means it's probably still producing profit for the latest owners giving either playmore or mega. So...

Hello and Welcome Rubius :) , as far as Bleemcast goes it only supports the games listed. The developers decided to stop producing disks for the dreamcast due to heated legal issues with sony. The dreamcast gba emulator plays some games but realize that a gba rom holds up to 100 to 200 mb maybe more...
