i just bought my dreamcast and the person the had it before me played pso and i dont want to use his serial number but to change it i need to reset the internal memory

i need to erase it because i want to change the serial i use for pso. and i am afraid of breaking my dc by opening it is there anyother way to reset it?

i need to erase my dc's internal memory. where can i get the programs to do that?

the game sharks not warez its a free demo. before i waste more cd's i'm just trying to run the boot discs

i tried the game shark cdx demo and utopia boot disc( the only really small things i could find ) and the utopia boot disc dosent do anything it just goes to the bios. the cdx demo shows the dc animation then the screen goes white and the dc makes a strange noise like it cant read the cd and then do...

my dc just came today and i cant get it to boot cd's! i'v checked the bottem it says it was made in sept. 1999 so it should work.can anyone help me?
