Plain html use.

Im thinking about doing something HTML related. What my best option?
I'd like an basic interface but and mouse support. I'd like to use plain html files (without any fancy java stuff). Whats the best way to get started?

Very nice! Only thing I dont really like are the player heads..they dont seem to fit with the rest.
