And it's hard for me to tell. Is Dan still publishing games even? The letter seemed rather vague. Yes, he is still publishing. He has returned from his communication absense, and has stated that he want to renew his efforts to publishing the games. Not sure about the legalities, but if goat refused...

No, not in BOR. It will be impemented in AotB, but I wouldn't put your mod on hold for that. Is there a tutorial on using the coder's cable? I'm using dc-load/dc-tool 1.0.3, but when I try uploading a 1st_read.bin (BOR) the dc just resets and nothing happens. If I try uploading the 1st_read.bin of the neo-cd emulator I get some kind of read error (blue screen on dc). Trying to execute other...

Help with coder's cable
I just got a coder's cable and have the appropriate software (dc-load/dc-tool), and I was wondering which files can be uploaded to the dc since I saw this at AndrewK's website: Upload and execute ELF, RAW BINARY, and SREC files.
Could I also upload the Inhabitants demo, neo-geo cd emulator, etc.?
