I have an SMS converter, but I don't quite remember if it uses cropping or resizing. What I do remember is that PAL SMS games run way too fast on a Game Gear. Damn, probably makes them run at 60Hz like their NTSC versions. That's one thing that really annoyed me when using VGM players (SMS music fo...

I'm just so relieved that the role didn't go to Ashton Kutcher who was trying to go for it >_< Holy.... the guy from "Dude, where's my car?" portraying Bruce Wayne. I think I'd have to seek out the person responsible for casting and become just a little bit homicidal. I don't think I've s...

Actually, on a related note, does anyone know what the Game Gear SMS convertor was like? The game gear has a lower resolution screen, so I assume there is some sort of loss of quality going on there. (Presumably the edges are just cropped?) Anyhow, I have a SMS and quite a few games, and was thinkin...

Been trying to get my hands on this, saw it on aussie eBay but ended up at some ridiculous price like $90 without postage. Import or no, I simply refuse to pay brand new prices for second hand gear. :|

Man, anyone else remember when EA was a respected company? I actually looked forward to their new releases and such, and was almost certain I was getting quality when seeing the EA logo. This was when they had their old logo (with the funky striped geometric shapes) and were responsible for publishi...

Sega will start making games for the Dreamcast again when they restart DC console production. Or a "Dreamcast II" of sorts, in the style of the Mega Drive/Genesis 2 and Master System 2. Something with more features... DVD support, built-in modem & BBA...

Hey, it could happen. ;)

You might actually be better off getting a good PC/PSX/other wheel and buying one of those funky 4 in 1 adapters for the DC. From the look of the DC one it has a flat base, so not suitable for lap play. :/

The problem is, BoneyCork, you're posting this on a forum full of people who know and enjoy tinkering with the inner-workings of computers and their ilk. You'd get similar suggestions/responses if you asked what car to purchase on an automobile enthusiasts forum. As such it's difficult for computer ...

New DC Wheels in stock at Lik-Sang

No doubt a fair few of you are on Lik-Sangs mailing list like me. Anyhow, there are new cheap N64 and DC steering wheels in stock. Here's the DC one. Does anyone here have this or any other DC wheel? I'm seriously considering purchasing one, especially at this price. Just looking for a consensus on ...

Hold up a minute... Nintendo's next console will be the "Gamecube 2"? You've got to be kidding. Nintendo have never put a "2" on the end of a console's name. Have they even announced anything about their next console yet?

No, it's illegal to sell backups of software, that's called piracy. What makes you think it's legal on ebay? What's next, expecting to buy some cocaine on ebay?

On a sidenote, is your name really Ian Micheal? Because I don't think I've ever seen Michael spelled that way, or is it a new-fangled variant?

Well if all of the copyright holders happened to die today by, say, 'accidently falling' on a bullet, I may still see it within my lifetime.
