About

MR images are small image files that can be inserted into the liscensing screen of a home-made Dreamcast disc. Specifically, they are inserted into the IP.BIN bootfile in a layout destined to be a Dreamcast disc. They have restrictions on their dimensions regarding Height, width, and file size. They also require an in-depth knowledge to place into a IP.BIN, or simply, by the use of a special 'Ip.bin inserter' program.
