This is from an early issue of Dreamcast Magazine (April 1999, I think). The demos included are Blue Stinger, Buggy Heat, and Aero Dancing featuring Blue Impulse.

Matched my personal dump, will appear in the next dats. Thank you Kirk! :D
My disc has a slightly different ringcode: 610-7124-0056 MT B03 but all contents and other info is the same.
This was included with Dreamcast Magazine issue April 02, 1999.

@mrneo: I appreciate your good intentions, but simply stating "I have matching dump" without even a ringcode or a link to your dump's info is not enough.
In any case, this is now verified. :)
