This is an odd one, from how it runs I believe it to be for in stores only to download VMS games. The title of this one is Climax Landers Download Disc but will refer to the consensus here for that.

It is amazing. This is a disc that I didn't know about until now. Would love to see some pictures of the disc! Also, if we could somehow get these "DLC" available in VMU format for everyone to enjoy.
As it was quite intriguing, I looked into it myself.

After a lot of struggling...this is what I came up with.
Red: もってけ! Motte ke! (=Bring it)
Purple: ミニゲー Minige (=Minigame)
The word in green is: キャンペーン (=Campaign)

Not for sale: Climax Landers! Minigame campaign storefront download disc (Dreamcast)
Long ago, prior to the release of Dreamcast's "Climax Landers", "Make it! Minigame Campaign" was done.
In the shop of the game shop, you can download Climax Landers mini games to visual memory . So this is the software for that download.

The campaign "Make it! Minige" to be held this time will allow you to play some of the mini-games for visual memory, one of the clippings of "Climax Randders", as fast as you can for free.

　It was held at about 5,500 shops in Dreamcast / Partner Shops nationwide and part of Sega's amusement center (Tokyo, Shinjuku, Yokohama, Umeda, Kyoto, Okayama, Fukuoka Joypolis and Hi Tech Land Sega Akihabara, Sega World Fuse) . If you bring visual memory to the shop front, you can download mini games for free. The campaign starts from May 22.

　What can be downloaded are real time RPG "Tsuyaku IV" which goes through a randomly generated 3D dungeon, "what yogurt" to observe the cute mysterious mascot character · yogurt's ecology, and "dot editor" for VMS Three kinds. Please be aware that only one game can be downloaded per VMS.

　In the store which carries out this event, announcement is done by climbing etc, so let's check it!

Funny you should mention the VMU games, as I took the liberty of putting all three of them on VMU’s and dumped them. As soon as I can I’ll post them as well as a picture of the disc.
