I know that this game is in TOSEC. But in the version number 3 there are differences in the hash third track. Why is that?

By far the most possible explanation for this error is a disc read error on disc 3.
This game is fully verified and your other 2 copies give the correct known hash as well. Since hashes tell nothing about the binary stream itself, the only way to see what's different/wrong would be to binary compare the two files in a hex editor or similar. Even 1 changed byte would change the hash completely.

By the way, did you try dumping the 3rd disc multiple times with same result? Or is that only after a single effort?

For your 2nd post, what exactly is the data.img file?

Yes. Once this file is different.
