There's one here in case you haven't notced: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=153

Since it's kinda old and maybe not clear enough, I'll go quickly over the basics again. :)

-Download httpd-ack from here: http://www.gotwalls.com/files.html
-Burn the selfbooting .cdi, which is easiest for most people (or use the .elf, if you already have your DC setup to run .elf files using dc-tool or similar methods)
-Use the Broadband Passport disc (or any similar like XDP) to configure a STATIC IP address to your Dreamcast. There's no need to configure DNS, Gateway or other crap like that. More info can be found on section 4 here: http://dreamcast.onlineconsoles.com/php ... online.php but remember, you need a STATIC IP.
-Connect Dreamcast to the PC. If connection is not through router (ie if cable from Dreamcast goes directly to LAN port of PC), you must use a crossover cable.
-Fire up the burned httpd-ack disc on your Dreamcast. If everything went fine, it will come to rest on a simple screen with some green text on black screen. At this point, remove the httpd-ack disc and replace it with the GD-ROM you want to dump.
-Fire up a web browser on the PC and at the address bar type http://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX where the XXX represent the static IP address you gave to your Dreamcast before. For me it's 10.0.1.2, but it depends on how you have your network setup.
-Tracks will appear as links on your browser screen. Click them one at a time to download. Don't attempt to download more than one at a time, this is impossible and httpd-ack won't allow you to. Of course you can queue 'em up if you like, using any download manager you prefer.
-Wait until everything has downloaded to the PC. Waiting time is about 20-25 mins for a complete GD-ROM. Make sure there are no error messages on the screen, since dump may have aborted halfway if it encountered a damaged track.
If you are unfamiliar with the procedure/not sure that your setup is working correctly or you are working with a disc with lots of audio tracks (these are always more prone to silent errors) or you are working with a disc that appears scratched, it's better to dump the tracks twice and see that checksums are identical before considering your dump final.
You should have disc.gdi, several trackXX.bin and trackXX.raw tracks (these correspond to data and audio tracks of the dump). Once everything else is downloaded, also right click on a blank space of the browser screen with the links and save the webpage .html as it's an easy way to provide more info about the disc.

You only need to configure the Dreamcast IP address once, this is kept in internal memory. For all subsequent GD-ROMs, just boot up httpd-ack and start from there.

Hope it's clear enough. The only minor difficulty is if you have no idea about networking (in which case, what are you doing with a BBA anyway?) :)

EDIT: WTF, I just noticed I got an "is awesome" subtitle. Pretty cool, although I am not really sure I am worthy of this. Thanks darcagn or whoever is responsible for this. :)

Here is my old tool to batch download files from your DC:
http://www.mediafire.com/?x95319p1f88mc1l

You'll need to edit the "_settings.ini" with your settings...mainly the IP of the DC & the root folder where you want the dumps to land.

This will also produce a text file with BBCode like what is seen in my dump postings.

Example:
http://dumpcast.thekickback.com/forum/v ... .php?t=874

You'll be left to fill in certain values that the script has no way of knowing.

I typically could dump about 4 disc's before having to reboot the DC with HTTPD-Ack...no idea if this was an issue with HTTPD-Ack or my DC or hell something with my script.

Source code is included...it's written in AutoIt...which is a very simplistic scripting lang.

Question weren't you doing your rips with SD cards? Why the change?

My guess is wanting to get more uses out of the device. Cost so much and not much you can do besides play 3 games and browse the web. :D

Hehe well if I could have done it via SD cards I sure as hell wouldn't have spent the money on a BBA given their high cost.

I spent like $200 to get mine from Japan...$50 that was just shipping.

Oh GURU has a basic tut up on his site:
