Anyways here again: Name: PLANETWEB INTERNET BROWSER V3.0 Region: USA Publisher: SEGA Box ID: T-31901N Ringcode: *4S* T-31901N BIFPIL433 Barcode: 831126000014 Notes: Hea...

Well I'm no one special but its nice you take it that way. :) Yeah maybe I should get my BBA back and go through all the disc's I have laying around...see what ring codes & hash's I can come up with. Originally I was just looking to get a full set done...no real interest in documenting every version...

So whats the problem? The data area is "MODE1/2048" rather than "MODE1/2352"?

Post the GDI index and I'll see about a CUE file...really shouldn't be any different than the other ones besides markup in the CUE file.

Hey could you check "F355 Challenge Passione Rossa" as that is what I'm running into the issue with. However according to ( here ) it's suppose to be: Serach 00 45 0E 0C A6 00 00 change it to 00 45 0E 0C 5C 2E 00 But I'm not finding that ether. :( I think this script will be likely limited to just t...

Well I ran into a road block...sort of...there is other stuff I can do...but here is the issue Tux mentions doing a hex edit on "1ST_READ.BIN"...looking for the values of "5E B0 00 00" and replacing them with "96 00 00 00" the problem is...I'm not finding them. Anyways this is what I got so far: [Li...

I think you cross posted. Well when I was dumping I had a VGA box hooked up to my DC which was in turn connected to my KVM so I just used the same monitor. :) Well I'm looking at following the guides done by TuxTheWise over at snesorama...site is now down...so had to use a archive of the tutorials. ...

Yeah I'll let you at it...as soon as I fix an issue I just noticed...it works fine for Tosec GDI's but fails for ReDump GDI's. Oh if you give me links to the tools you are use along with what command line augments you use...or settings...I might be able to automate a good chunk of stuff for you. *Up...

hmm must be a router thing...as when I typically dumped it would take more than 20min a shot...not sure if it hit a hour ever...but it certainly dragged on.

Well I got an AutoIt script that will create CUE files by the hundreds if you have hundreds of GDI index's. This can be compiled and ran through WINE in Linux...course then again the Batch Script done by FamilyGuy should also work in WINE. I also have a script that will create a monolithic BIN+CUE.....

Hehe well if I could have done it via SD cards I sure as hell wouldn't have spent the money on a BBA given their high cost.

I spent like $200 to get mine from Japan...$50 that was just shipping.

Oh GURU has a basic tut up on his site:

The XML file needed if I recall is the ClrMamePro DAT file from Tosec...as the script needs the file size's to know how to cut up the resulting Mame CD image. However it's my understanding that CHDMan now supports producing a full blown GDI rip...in it's latest versions...so my scripts are no longer...

Here is my old tool to batch download files from your DC: http://www.mediafire.com/?x95319p1f88mc1l You'll need to edit the "_settings.ini" with your settings...mainly the IP of the DC & the root folder where you want the dumps to land. This will also produce a text file with BBCode like what is see...

Oh yeah I'm a moody prick for sure...though the original post was just small talk...nothing more...I thought the smiley face would convey that...but I guess everyone is just to use to me being on the war path.

Anyways keep up the good work & I'm sure we'll chat again some time. :)
